About the speaker: Mr. Balamurugan belongs to the Indian Administrative Services and comes to the Maxwell School to pursue a Certificate of Advanced Study in Public Administration with an additional interest in sustainable development. In India, Mr. Balamurugan serves as Secretary, Local Governments & Municipal Administration in Punjab State and CEO of Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development Company.
