André Ndjallè, Syracuse University Humphrey Fellow The Supreme State Audit Office of Cameroon (SAI) is charged with auditing the various entities in Cameroon, with jurisdiction over public services, regional and local authorities, public and semi-public enterprises. Humphrey Fellow André Ndjallè will discuss his country’s unique independent audit institution as the State Inspector/Chief Brigade of training at the Supreme State Audit Office in Cameroon. About the speaker: While a Humphrey Fellow, André Ndjallè is focusing on public financial management, public finance governance and revenue administration performance audits. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Master 1 in Public Law from the University of Douala and is achieving the Master 2 in Fiscal Administration at the same university. He also holds the diploma of tax inspector from the National School of Administration and Magistracy in Cameroon.
